Free Intro to Tai Chi for Health

The purpose of tai chi is to empower people to take control of their health and wellness. Unlike many other forms of exercise, anyone can learn tai chi regardless of current health conditions.  About 5,000 years old, tai chi is a slow, fluid exercise originating in China that tones the body and sharpens the mind.  Join certified instructor ShiFu Lea Williamson us for a free introduction followed by ongoing, donation- based classes.
