Tom Stewart will present a program on dowsing in the Community Room of the Jackson County Public Library Complex in Sylva on Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at 6 p.m.

Tom Stewart has been a dowser since 1981. His dowsing specialties are dowsing for potable water, utilities, and lost graves. Since retiring seven years ago, he has been doing manufacturing and sales of dowsing rods.

The class will be a beginner’s class in dowsing. It will be a discussion of the tools, tips, and techniques of dowsing with a question and answer period. Following the class will be an optional, hands-on guided practice session.

This program is free and open to the public. The event is co-sponsored by the Friends of the Jackson County Public Library. For more information, please call the library at (828) 586-2016.
