Legal Aid: Health Power of Attorney & Living Wills

In partnership with Legal Aid of North Carolina, the Jackson County Public Library is serving as one of many host sites state-wide for free do-it- yourself legal clinics on simple divorce, child custody, tenant rights and healthcare powers of attorney.
The clinic is free, but registration is required. Participants can register online for themselves at 
www.legalaidnc.org or call the Library at 586-2016 and ask to be registered. Attendees should come to the Reference Desk on the 2nd floor of the library by 2:15 in order to participate in the clinic.
