Children's Planetarium Show

Night Sky Overview (approximately 10 mins) and "New Horizons for a Little Planet" (approximately 6 mins).  "New Horizons for a Little Planet" is an introduction to NASA’s New Horizons mission to Pluto and the Kuiper Belt.
Macon County Public Library welcomes participants with disabilities. If you anticipate needing any type of accommodation or have questions about the physical access provided, please call the Library at 524-3600 in advance of the event. 
These planetarium programs are supported by grant funds from the Institute of Museum and Library services under the provisions of the federal Library Services and Technology Act as administered by the State Library of North Carolina, a division of the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources. 
The children’s desk at the library will start issuing free tickets for the planetarium show 1 hour before showtime.
