Eddie is a Vietnam veteran who loses his arms and legs when he steps on a land mine. He turns to a brilliant surgeon who is able to attach new limbs, restoring Eddie’s lease on life. Unfortunately a jealous assistant who has fallen in love with Eddie's fiancée switches Eddie's DNA injections and transforms him into a shambling Frankenstein-esque monster intent on killing everything.
