My grandson and I love the Jackson County Library in Sylva. Every Tuesday we attend the kids library hour. They read to the kids, dance, sing and do exercises. The kids do arts and crafts, which is fun for them all. They also play with legos, trucks, playdough and felt boards. The kids library hour has been very good for my grandson, teaching him skills, joy of stories, dancing and art and crafts. It also teaches him how to get along with kids and good listening skills. Then he plays on the computer, the train, puppets, the castle and puzzles. I like the library as I can check out bestsellers and magazines. All in all, it's a great experience, no matter what your age.
