Sylva-- On Tuesday, December 12 at 11 AM, the Jackson County Public Library is hosting Jenna Kranz from Uncomplicated Kitchen for a cooking class. Participants will use our Charlie Cart, a teaching kitchen on wheels, to cook a meal that costs under $10 to make. This month participants will learn how to customize a popcorn spice blend and make giftable popcorn kits. Registration required by emailing JCPL-Adults@fontanalib.org or calling (828) 586-2016. This program is in the Atrium and is free of charge, however sign-up is required as space is limited.
