DS Gina Jenkins discovers a mutilated body on the beach, setting off a search for a serial killer. The police immediately suspect a local businessman, bust as the body count rises, a connection between the victims points to another case from years ago. With Gina consumed by the investigation, her brother, Sam, returns home from prison and struggles to start a new life on the right side of the law. Can Gina catch the killer and give Sam the support he needs, or will Sam become another problem for the police?
