Captain Sully's River landing

In 2009 Chesley "Sully" Sullenberger took his place in the cockpit for a flight from New York City to Charlotte, North Carolina. Soon after takeoff, the jet hit some passing geese and lost power in both engines. Then the lives of 155 people depended on the pilot's skill. With no airports close enough for an emergency landing, Sully saw no choice but to head for the Hudson River.
