The cattle drive

Orphans Michael and Michele Dunn live with their wealthy aunt in Chicago. Too committed to running the family business to raise the twelve-year-old twins Angela Dunn arranges with the Illinois Detective Agency to escort them safely to relatives in California. Overhearing a plot by the agency team to kidnap the twins for ransom Michael and Michele jump off the train at a water stop in Wyoming and run. Tired hungry and thirsty they steal from a cattle drive chuck wagon. Then they get caught and find themselves on a real adventure.
