Four teenage girls from very different social cliques at their progressive Chicago high school become friends after forming a knitting club. The story of Scottie, Amanda, Bella, and Tay, who are drawn together by their love of knitting, which brings about a special friendship that makes dealing with high school much easier, is interwoven with knitting terms and lore, and funky projects and patterns.
