The true story of how the author obeys a call from God to travel to a remote jungle town of Iquitos, Peru, though he had no idea what he would do when he got there. Leon immediately fell in love with the indigenous people. He started a wawawasi (free daycare center) for 25 children; free milk program for 200 children; girls' volleyball team to help combat teen pregnancy; and a house for abandoned children. All goes well for a year. Then Leon's past catches up with him and he contemplates returning to Atlanta. It will take a miricle for him to stay in Peru.
