The trio known as the Unholy Three who were coming into Del Rio by different trails had little in common except a willingness to hire out their guns. Doc was old and stooped and packed a medico's instrument kit on his saddle. Jackson was a red-haired giant who took gun jobs just to keep going until he could meet up with the man he continually sought an hombre named Red Becker. The Kid was the youngest of the three. Although his pards didn't know it his name was Gary Miller he came from Del Rio and he had a very particular reason for wanting to succeed in his latest assignment: bucking Yaeger the boss of the Diamond Cross spread.
