Sylva-- On  Thursday, November 16 at 6 PM, the Jackson County Public Library is hosting local rancher Duval Smith, who will be explaining the differences between different grades, cuts, and costs of beef so that attendees can make more informed choices at the butcher counter. This program is in the Community Room and is free of charge.
