Sylva-- On Tuesday, September 19 at 6 PM, the Jackson County Public Library is hosting Dr. John Ritchie. Dr. John Ritchie will discuss ways to enhance awareness and connections by recognizing and utilizing internal practices, senior yearnings, natural aging processes, universal spiritual practices, “negative” experiences, and senior groups. By focusing more on inner work and relationships we increase our acceptance, appreciation, and enjoyment of senior living. This program is in the Community Room and is free of charge.
