Sylva-- On Tuesday, April 4th at 11:00 AM, the Jackson County Public Library is hosting a Matzo Ball Soup demonstration. A cozy bowl of Matzo Ball Soup is a staple in many Jewish homes year round, but has particular significance during Passover. In this hands-on demonstration, participants will make, sample, and learn the significance of Matzo Ball Soup in Jewish culture. Registration required by emailing JCPL-Adults@fontanalib.org or calling (828) 586-2016. This program is in the Atrium and is free of charge, however sign-up is required as space is limited.
This program is part of the Kitchen Literacy Connection grant.
