Bhutan's Traditional Arts & Crafts

The Arts Council of Macon County is sponsoring this talk and display by Franklin resident Dennis Desmond, who lived and worked in the Himalayan Kingdom of Bhutan from 1994 to 1999. He will share his collection of traditional Bhutanese arts and crafts, ranging from handcrafted implements of daily living to intricate religious artworks that follow centuries-old traditions.
