Join Heather Gerlach for Grounded Body Yoga. This is a 3-week beginner Hatha Yoga series. This is a slow, supportive yoga series to build up strength and awareness from the ground up - welcoming every body. Mats and props will be available. This class is free to attend; donations are welcome but never expected.
