Mindfulness Peace Hour introduction
Ø A greater sense of balance in one’s life.
Ø The ability to be more present in the moment.
Ø A reduction in stress and anxiety levels because of finding greater balance and being present.
Ø More frequent experiences of inner peace.
Ø Increased attention spans
Ø Improved productivity at work owing to higher levels of focus and self-discipline.
Come take an hour out of your life to invest in YOU and experience the peace that naturally resides when we are able to just sit still in the present moment.
Together, we will explore the many facets of mindfulness meditation practice including: deep breathing excercises, mantra and positive affirmation, visualization, loving kindness and even chanting!
