Are you someone living with mental health challenges and want to connect with others who understand? You are invited to attend a peer-led support group every 1st and 3rd Thursdays from 5:30-6:30pm. Hosted by a local community member trained by The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), this is a safe confidential space to share stories, learn coping skills, and gather information and resources to help better manage symptoms. Listening to others who understand cultivates strength, hope, and encouragement. We all want to be seen, heard, and validated.
