Pan Harmonia Concert: Portraits of Langston
The Jackson County Public Library will host a concert with Pan Harmonia on Saturday, November 9th at 3 p.m. The performance will feature music inspired by the poetry of Langston Hughes from his time in Paris and Harlem in the 1920's, composed by Valerie Coleman. Opera tunes by Puccini and a Tarantella of St. Saëns. The concert will be in the Community Room of the library and is free and open to the public.
