Spice Appreciation Club is a monthly program that gives participants the opportunity to cook with an extraordinary flavor. Participants pick up a spice kit at the Reference Desk and meet on Tuesday, April 15th at 6 PM. It's like a book club, but instead of reading we're cooking. Many participants bring food made with the spice to share but it is not a requirement. This month we’re cooking with marjoram.
