VAYA Health: Navigating Depression
The Jackson County Public Library will host the next VAYA Health meeting on Tuesday, October 28th at 1:30pm. The October meeting will discuss navigating depression. Depression is common in older adults and often overlooked or misdiagnosed. This course explores risk factors, symptoms, and treatment options. Care providers receive tips on how to support others experiencing depression.
