Watercolor Painting with Mia Loia
Join a one-and-half hour art workshop this fall where local artist and educator Mia Zoller will lead participants through introductory watercolor techniques and a beginner's tutorial to capture an element of the seasonal wildlife surrounding our beautiful plateau. Take home your own painting of a seasonal piece of flora or fauna native to the surrounding vista, beginning with the gorgeous goldenrod during the first class on September 17th at 3:00 p.m. Follow up classes will be held on October 15 and November 2. The classes are free and open to the public, but supplies and space are limited, so please call (828) 743-0215 or stop by the library's circulation desk to reserve a space!
