The library will host an indoor yoga class February 24th at 5:15 p.m., free to the public. Library classes are perfect for newer yogi's and those looking to safely gather for an indoor practice, with a limited number of participants. We will spend our time together moving through postures, utilizing the breath to increase mind body awareness, and end in a time of meditation and stillness. Please wear your mask and bring your yoga mat. This class will also be offered on Zoom- Advanced online sign up required.
