Sylva-- On Thursday, September 14 at 1:30 PM, the Jackson County Public Library is hosting a free mental health seminar facilitated by Vaya  Health. This program is in the Conference Room and is free of charge but registration is required.

Depression is common in older adults and often overlooked or misdiagnosed. This course explores risk factors, symptoms, and treatment options. Care providers receive tips on how to support others experiencing depression. Presented by Vaya Health’s Geriatric and Adult Mental Health Specialty Team. Registration is required.
