Beginning on June 5 at 1:00 p.m. and continuing every Thursday until August 28, ACCCL staff member Michael Redman will lead a writing workshop that is free and open to everyone, regardless of previous writing experience. The workshop will be a place to be introduced to techniques, perspectives, and exercises to help you develop your writing. It will also provide a safe, welcoming environment for you to share your own thoughts, ideas, and questions.
Join the library for a weekly graphic novel club! We will each pick our own individual book to read, and the following week we will have a small discussion of what you read. We will also enjoy several PG friendly anime movies and / or tv series!
Brought to you by the Highlands Cashiers Chamber Music Festival, join us for Just Jazzin' Around, featuring the Gary Motley Trio. They will introduce jazz in a fun and interactive program designed for young audiences, but perfect for music lovers of all ages. Immediately following the concert will be an ice cream social.
