Join us at the Jackson County Public Library for our next Spice Club meeting on Tuesday, October 28th at 6 p.m. The group will meet in the Community Room and will feature the Pumpkin Spice. Spice Appreciation Club is a monthly program that gives participants the opportunity to cook with an extraordinary flavor. It's like a book club, but instead of reading we're cooking. Many participants bring food made with the spice to share but it is not a requirement. Join Uncomplicated Kitchen at the Jackson County Public Library on Thursday, October 16th at 10:30am in the Community Room for the next meeting of our 'Chews' Your Own Adventure Program! October’s gathering will feature Cheddar and Chive Squash Cakes. With Uncomplicated Kitchen, participants will learn how to make affordable and adaptable meals for the whole family. Stop by the Atrium for this session on summer noodles and learn to feed your whole crew. Feel free to bring your littles and middles as we embark on this 'Chews' Your Own Adventure' culinary experience. Join us for Baby Storytime, Thursdays at 10:30 AM! Come bounce your babies, sing songs and rhymes with us, enjoy stories, and play together. We look forward to seeing you there!
Storytime includes books, puppets, fingerplays, songs, and crafts with a focus on early literacy skills. We will also be incorporating sensory play and other develomental activity centers at the end of occasional storytimes.
Ages 12-17, this is your space! Any and all are welcome! Play video games, board games, chat, make friends, create art, and more! Snacks are provided!!
