Parents and Guardians may sign up children using an easy intake form. Then they recieve a reading checklist with dates they can chaeck off. There is a reading log on the back where they can record books they've read. They will also recieve their intake form with instructions on the back for logging in read squared, if they wish to do so. Then the children may pick a registration prize of a dog chain necklace or mini dog chain keychain and a Color Our World dog tag.
