Sylva-- The Jackson County Public Library is partnering with Four Seasons for a workshop on Navigating Grief With Music. This workshop will meet on May 9 at 5:30 PM in the Community Room. All are welcome and the event is free of charge.
Participants will have the opportunity to gain knowledge about the interconnection between grief and music therapy, engage in music therapy experiences for self-exploration of their own grief, and identify how music therapy can facilitate healthy coping strategies for their journey through loss.
