WCU Nutrition Program Demonstration: Smoothies
Join us at the Jackson County Public Library for a cooking demonstration from students in the WCU Nutrition Program. The demonstration will be on Wednesday, December 4th at 10 a.m. in the Atrium of the library. The students will use the Charlie Cart to demonstrate making nutritional smoothies. Participants will receive free recipe handouts and will be able to sample the smoothies. There are no materials or experience required and this program is free and open to the public.
