The killer collective

After narrowly escaping an attempted hit on her during a joint FBI-Seattle Police investigation detective Livia Lone suspects the FBI itself was behind the attack. She assembles a collective of killers to identify and neutralize the threat their efforts taking them from Japan to Washington to Paris as they fight a series of interlocking conspiracies.
