Join Heather Gerlach for Golden Flow Yoga. Golden Flow is a warm, beginner-friendly vinyasa class designed for every body, with simple cues, accessible variations, and a welcoming space for first-time practitioners. Expect gentle strength-building movement, breath-centered transitions, and supportive guidance as you explore at your own pace. Please bring your own mat, blocks, strap (or belt), and any props that help you feel comfortable. This class is free to attend; donations are welcome but never expected.
Heather Gerlach is a body-positive yoga teacher dedicated to creating calm, accessible, beginner-friendly spaces. Her teaching blends functional movement, thoughtful alignment cues, and a welcoming approach that helps students feel safe, seen, and supported—no matter their experience level. She believes in meeting people exactly where they are and guiding them toward confidence, presence, and joyful movement.
