Join the Cashiers Historical Society and listen to Master Photographer and Author, Tim Barnwell, talk about his work on Faces and Places of Cashiers Valley and highlight some of his other projects including his three Appalachian-themed books, the people of Highlands, and his YouTube channel, The Face of Appalachia.

In the summer of 2024, CHS republished Faces & Places of Cashiers Valley. The books will be available for purchase at the event.

Each Wednesday of the month, digital navigators will host Tech Time drop-in program with the goal to assist attendees with basic smartphone, laptop, iPad and tablet skills. Tech Time sessions offer one-on-one help on any personal digital device. Tech Time is a chance for residents of all ages to bring their devices and ask any questions.
