Hudson Library, a branch of Fontana Regional Library, has an opening for a full-time Administrative Assistant. Candidates must be customer-oriented and have strong technology skills. High School diploma or GED and 1-3 years customer service experience required. Strong bookkeeping skills with ledgers, daily cash reports, processing invoices and billing statements required. Excel and/or Google Sheets advanced skills a must. Library work experience a plus. We are a small staff, so all employees assist with patrons and other general library tasks in addition to the specialized tasks of their specific jobs. Applications accepted until position is filled. The Administrative Assistant position is a full-time position of 40 hours per week; some weekend work may be needed at times. Starting salary is $12 per hour ($24,960/year) accompanied by generous benefits including paid leave, health insurance and retirement benefits.
