The Macon County Public Library in Franklin and the Friends of the Macon County Public Library co-sponsored a Christmas themed storytime with Christmas caroling on Tuesday, December 9 in the living room of the library. Over 100 people enjoyed Christmas stories, Christmas carols and a visit from Santa Claus.
The Macon Early College Chorus and special guest, Doris McConnell, provided live music. Thanks to the Friends of the Library, everyone also enjoyed cookies, juice and coffee.
Each child received a special gift from Santa- a book of their very own!
