The Hudson Library is hosting ‘Yoga at the Library’, presented by Yoga Highlands on July 28th and August 4th at 11am. This program is free of charge.

This program is an hour long, all ages, and all levels, with 'Yoga Highlands'. 

The benefits of yoga include:

  • sense of calm and turning inward
  • increased length and sense of balance
  • opportunity to take inventory of your body and set goals 
  • healthy and enriching way to connect with family, friends and community
