Tom Stewart will present a program on dowsing in the Community Room of the Jackson County Public Library Complex in Sylva on Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at 6 p.m.
Tom Stewart has been a dowser since 1981. His dowsing specialties are dowsing for potable water, utilities, and lost graves. Since retiring seven years ago, he has been doing manufacturing and sales of dowsing rods.

The Jackson County Public Library is hosting a map-fold book making workshop at 10:30 AM on Saturday, September 10th in the Atrium of the Jackson County Public Library.
The Jackson County Public Library in Sylva is hosting a fall foliage presentation by Dan Pittillo on Thursday. September 15th at 6:30 PM in the Community Room. This program is free of charge.
